After using the Mac version 4.0.2 app for a few days now, it works well enough for the $49.95 price but has some annoying shortcoming that should be an easy fix. (1) There needs to be a way to enter the exact size W x H, of the field boxes rather than just creating them by dragging the mouse. Also, positioning field boxes with the arrow keys needs to have a way for minimal adjustment (perhaps by holding down the option key while using the arrows for one pixel at a time movement). (2) Unless, I'm missing something, I still have to set the background color with the color wheel, every time I create a new text field. Should be able to set it once and every new text box I create will have the same settings until I change it again. (3) There is no way to have the fields visible to searches such as with spotlight. If I create a hundred files and want to find a particular one for review, I should be able to easily do it. Bummer.
Is there a way to add a signature field to a PDF document and send it for signature by someone else? When I do this, Adobe Acrobat doesn't recognize the field and allow the person to add a signature.
When updating my subscribtion to the old version I must buy the key from the pc programs shop again. What can I do to update to the newest version without losing my serial number or subscribtion?
